  Riddle me this… what do you get when you combine professionalism with a hometown personal touch in a financial institution? You get the Queensborough National Bank and Trust branch on Tobacco Road in Hephzibah Georgia! I’ve never seen a banking staff like this team. If I conduct business on the phone, at the window, or in the lobby I’m greeted by a team of knowledgeable professionals who ensure my financial needs are met while leaving me with a sense that I’ve just spent a little time with family and friends. In business matters, they look for ways to serve and meet the needs of clients and work diligently as a team to ensure we are taken care of. If they say I’ll call you back they do, if they say it will be ready in an hour it will, and on the very rare occasions it’s not a call or an email is sent explaining and apologizing for the delay. I could continue for pages about this community based and connected branch! Thank you QUEEN TEAM!

  They were great for awhile they claim great security and no fees is nice. But thats all said until you have a legit fraud show up then they are very uncooperative. Then if you want your bank statement they wanna charge you $5. After this months bills paid I will be canceling my service with these lying people!
