      If people was patient they would realize that this financial institution works very well with the people; very patient, fast services, friendly, & very informative staff..I enjoy going to SRP every time I go! I have no issues at all!!

      The time it takes them to process a check, deposit, even the mobile deposit is ridiculous. Bank of America informed me SRP still has the oldest computer systems out of all banks locally here in Augusta. It’s not worth your time. They have a certain “clientele” I believe this works for but it’s unacceptable for me to wait 7 days to get my money from a check I deposited. Bank with Wells Fargo instead.

      Worst bank ever! Only gave it two stars bc there have been some very nice and helpful people in the past! But the manager is beyond rude! Very unprofessional. My account constantly jumps from a decent amount to negative over the weekend and then goes back to normal the next business days. This has resulted in nsf fees and unpaid finances. No one can tell me why this happens. It doesn't show up on my account afterwards. It even happened to my husband last week for the first time. And when I ask for an explanation they basically tell me it's my fault for paying finances without having the funds to pay them?? Seriously! Stay away from srp! I'm going to open an account elsewhere ASAP!
