      Scammers. They take you escrow money, do not pay your insurance off. Your insurance cancels your policy. They then charge you for insurance lapse. I have filed with BBB. I have spent several hours on the phone. They Refuse to let me speak to a manager. Class action suit to follow

      Hector Guzman didn't listen to me when described my house and ended up costing me $72000. Avoid Edited to add I escalated it and no one cares. Won't let me listen to the recording to prove my side. So no Andrew I will not be emailing you unless you will let me listen to the recording.
