      Moved out of State and tried closing my account but they claimed they could not because address was not correct.took over 2 years all while they were sending monthly notice and deducting fees until I had lawyer send registered letter and finally got check for less than 1/3 of original amount. Total scammers don't use this bank.

      This branch has stolen my deposits, lost my deposits, and has sent back my EMPTY envelop to me. There is someone at THIS Downey branch who is STEALING customers money. I can say this for a FACT because I've been a member for over 15 years and it's happened to 8 times. I will NEVER EVER deposit my money to the DOWNEY branch again. I'm done with them and their theiving ILLEGAL business practices. Thank God there are OTHER branches!!!
