  I have had 2 mortgages and several refi with ranlife.i prefer to keep the same mortgage management company and ranlife met my needs. My loan servicer is knowledgeable and works to seal the deal.

  I've know and worked with Ben Clower at RANLife Home Loans for over a year now and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in mortgage and finance. He has been very resonsive to questions and concerns that I've had and made some excellent suggestions on ways to structure mortgages and real estate deals, and also how I can help my young adult children build their credit ratings. Ben is very professional, yet very easy to talk with, and is a straight shooter. Highly recommend Ben Clower and RANLife Home Loans.

  This has been THE worst experience. We started out with one loan officer, then he left and the new loan officer didn't even have all the information needed...the gathering of everything needed for what should have been a quick sale, is STILL in process. We have been trying to complete this loan for 8 months now....I do NOT recommend this company!

  Consumers should know that the average closing time for any contract at RanLife is under 30 days. Anytime a loan has an extensive processing time it is due to its own unique circumstances. One of the unique circumstances to this file was the borrower quit their job in the middle of it. Despite this hurdle we closed the loan once they were gainfully employed again and had provided the requested documentation.
