      Very unprofessional, lender preapproved me on a loan and needed me to do one thing which I did, that led to doing something that was out of my hands and solely rested on a creditor on my report which they already knew the answer. Which at that time I was referred to a friend who can take care of the situation but would cost me an upwards of $3,500 to close I 10 days or $1,500 to close in 30 days. I reached out to my realtor and got referred to a new lender which made it happen and actually have a closing date now. If your a first time buyer and really want a property they will take advantage of you so beware.

      This was the third home I bought and this was the first time using Raven Financial Services.... Which will be the last. Worse mortgage lending company I have ever used. Waited till the date of closing to tell me of inspections/services that needed to be complete. Which made my closing date two weeks later. One of the owners wouldn't even speak with me, told me to go through another one of their employees when I stressed my concerns. Do your self a favor and go else where.
