      Unfortunately, our son was involved in an accident, not at fault, but resulted in a total loss of the vehicle. I was able to reach Kai after hours who immediately walked me through what to do. He followed up later that evening. Erie Insurance stepped up immediately and helped with the claim. I received numerous calls from each of their team members and the claim was handled very quickly and professionally. Every step of the way, I received personal calls from Erie's team. Both Kim and Kai at Redmon made follow up calls also. They for sure made this very stressful situation easier to deal with. I am very thankful and proud to call Redmon Insurance my provider for all my insurance needs. Thank you all!!
