      We went through many lenders before we found Don and his team, we didn’t know good service until finding Refinance Direct. Spectacular service from personable conversations to responding to our many questions refinance direct is on the ball. We worked with Don, and he responded to us within a few hours to a minutes sometimes. We were set up with an amazing loan that other lenders were hesitant to sign us up for. Don and his team were the best group to work with. Even when an error was found, they immediately made a solution in 15 minutes that would have taken other organizations an entire day at least.       Don was always available to answer questions and provide excellent advice. He calmed our fears in these uncertain times and saw the whole financing process through from start to finish.
