  Jeremy Paine got us a lower interest rate and saved us couple thousand dollars in closing cost, The only glitch we had was I canceled loan application with anther company to go with Regent and getting the other company to release VA case number. Other than that was pretty easy. Jeremy fast to answer any questions, Even taking time on the weekend to talk to us and go over loan estimates from the Regent and the other Company. Could not get the other Company loan officer on a week end. So my advice is you are refinancing you can not go wrong with Regent Financial and be sure ask for Jeremy Paine.

  My Fiancé and I were ready to buy a house, we were being assisted by Shelby Lafay.. it started off good.. said we needed to pay down a couple of our credit cards and he'll get back with us.. our over-all experience with Shelby was poor.. we were told he got our updated info and he was gonna get back with us the next day.. its been a month from his promised next day and nothing.. since he did a hard pull and we trusted him our window to use another mortgage agency closed without hurtingour credit. he basically screwed us over..

  I’ve left a bad review on ONE company before. Im generally a stress free and calm person. And It takes a lot to really make me upset. So, When I tell you I had an awful experience I mean it. That being said. Regent Financial in Wichita is an absolute nightmare to work with. They have run us and our buyers through the mud for THREE months. They lowered our buyers credit score by 40 points making her ineligible to buy a house and also told her it was okay to buy a car while in the process of buying a house. We were supposed to close on our house multiple times, but the most recent was at 3pm yesterday. At 1215 they called and said THEY Missed something on our buyers credit and can no longer close. This was the third time this has happened with the same group. They have drug our closing out since May 29-costing Jared and I thousands of dollars. They are poorly ran, do not have their ducks in a row and are have zero idea what they are doing. So, now 3 months and thousands of dollars later our house is on the market again. They constantly told us they would have an answer by “this date” and nothing. If you are buying or selling a house I would go anywhere except regent financial. *this is not the first time they’ve been reported
