Right on time! I received a check in the mail. I was a little skeptical so I called into the office to get more information. After speaking to a female then being transferred over to the branch manager I was completely sold. They explained the entire process. I called the office twice and not once did I feel like I was bothering them with to many questions! Great customer service.

Just got cussed out and yelled at by the manager. Very unprofessional. He said he was going to put court papers out on me because I'm one month behind and I guess he didn't like my tone of voice. Never have I been so disrespected in my life. I guess being TECHNICALLY NOT EVEN A MONTH LATE gives employees the right to yell at you, threaten you, and speak to you in an abusive tone. There are plenty of other lenders who will treat with dignity and respect!
