  This is one of the worst regions I’ve encountered. When I made the decision to open a regions I had an option between regions and Bank of America, I chose regions. I first started using my account when I was in fort myers. I loved my bank lady. Time passes unfortunately I got robbed at larceny I was so distraught I didn’t do anything until I decided 3 days later to go to this bank and let my bank know with a police report . An older lady straight up told me she didn’t know what to do and what was best to go back to the bank where it happened? Okay? But can you Atleast mark it on the notes let them know that I was here and tried to report it? No. They made me go back to the bank where the other people called the cops and kinda of helped me more than this bank. Oh and just yesterday I went cause I needed a temporary card— AGAIN; they don’t do that. So what’s the point of this bank? If they can’t do anything. Hopefully I can save someone from wasting their time and going here.

  Terrible, they didn't help me in the drive because I don't have a car, they had the bank closed and the ATM too
