      This Bank and multiple other branches around the area are complete garbage. ATM's are always broken, just had my card eaten trying to deposit money. Customer service is next to impossible to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of someone it's "im very sorry I wish I could help."

      My experience in 2020, Applied for PPP loan, Sba loan finished all paper work, they never sent it & forgot about me for bigger company’s. Some how my review was removed, and I moved on until I keep getting calls from Jamie. Most likely for a loan , I will never get a loan thru regions. I’ve been with that bank for over 10 years. And the only reason I needed the loan was because 98% of business weren’t paying me! Every thing was put on hold as covid came. The impact that this has caused was devastating. I felt like leaving a 1 star review but was discouraged as my first review was deleted. All I can say is this bank has no morals and like bigger fish in ppp sba loan game.
