      I opened a business account about a month ago, and when I tried to used my debit card, it started to decline. So I tried to log on to my online banking. No luck there. I finally called customer service, the first rep said that she couldn't verify my account. I called back again, she was able to verify me. She then notified me that my account was closed, and they have mailed out the remaining funds. She couldn't give me an explanation of why the account was closed. I didn't not have overdraft clearly. I would NOT recommend opening an account with Regions.
