  DONT GO HERE. TL:DR THIS PLACE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT IT This place WILL scam you. The ATM doesnt work half the time and on two different occasions it will steal your money. We went here and deposited ~$200 it spit the money back out but only gave some of it back and ate the card. The screen displayed saying to call regions. We waited till monday to call and they said they would check the ATM count. They call back the next day and say the ATM balance isnt off. We call corporate and they investigate and send us a letter saying the same thing. They have effectively stolen from us. They could simply review the camera and see us depositing money but I guess pocketing the money is easier. Fast forward to today (about two weeks later) and I just left the bank After speaking to an older gentleman who would not move away from the ATM to prevent people from being robbed. He said he deposited $900 and it spit out $450!!! This place is pathetic and they are thieves.

  I had a foreign currency exchange in transit and it failed to arrive at the expected time at a certain location. Austin from the Indian Hills location went above and beyond helping me get my money. I do understand that some things are out of our control. However, Austin took the initiative and made it happen. We need more competent and professional people in the work force like you. Thanks a million.
