  I came to the this bank due to have a series of problems with the online new account setup process, $50.00 used to open the account was lost and to this day I have no idea where it is, I had to make a new deposit of $50.00 when I arrived to the bank. Omar was a tremendous help (He is a wonderful employee!!), but just today in the middle of making a deposit at the atm it shut down because of an update and my card was stuck in the machine. I had to knock on their door despite it being closing time to get it handled, livid is an understatement. I had to get a whole new card. When I asked the teller when the machine comes back up will my information still be on there and she said she couldn’t say for sure but it should be gone. That doesn’t make me feel confident, that makes me absolutely worried. I am debating on taking all my money out and going with another bank which is something I should’ve done at the first red flag, which was a $50 deposit going missing after signing up for a new account online. I remember why I left this bank in the first place in the past, I should’ve left this bank alone.

  I was waiting 30 minutes and they never attended me, the workers talking on the phone laughing and laughing and they never attended me. Bad customer service.
