      Worst Bank I have ever used. The level of incompetence and ZERO responsibility is unbelievable. Spent OVER 4 hours, over 3 days on hold with multiple disconnections after they stopped a simple, local, low dollar amount, Zelle transaction to a family member and locked our account. BofA and Chase, zero problems. They are both in walking distance. Do yourself a big favor and use them.

      REGIONS is the worst bank EVER. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. There is always a problem. They have more security than the U.S. Government. It is ridiculous. Good customer service does not exist with this bank. Do yourself a favor and open an account at Bank of America. We never have a problem with Bank of America.
