      Ignorant staff. Called earlier for assistance over the phone. Instead of lady assisting me she stated she could not assist me I would need to contact the 1(800) number I asked for this number & she got disrespectful and disconnect the phone. Terrible Customer service. I do not recommend going to the branch or even reaching over the phone because the level of disrespect there employees have are beyond me and no one should have to tolerate it.
