      This branch is a joke. Nobody in there knows how to do their job. They don't know how to deposit a simple check and instead pull the amount from your account. The manager is incompetent and made the problem even worse. Avoid this branch. It should be shut down.

      Stay away from this branch and Regions Bank in the Huntsville area. They will make no effort to help you. I needed a bank signature guarantee on a form. After speaking with Jamie Burns, she said she would call me back to confirm the details. I called back the next day since I didn't hear from her, and she said she would get back to me in a few days. Spoiler alert, she never called back. Very disrespectful. I went to a Regions bank out-of-state during a work trip and they did the signature guarantee for me on the spot, in less than 5 minutes.
