      Worst branch my husband and I have ever dealt with. Twice in one week our account has gone from almost 3k to -300$. Said they couldn’t do anything about it. “Manager wasn’t there”. Was on hold for an hour either then with no help. Called the regions in five points and they had it fixed within twenty minutes.
