PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD IN THIS BANKS ATM IF ITS NOT A REGIONS CARD......All I wanted to do was check my balance, this was the closest one I could use, machine TOOK MY CARD just like that ...went straight back the next morning was told "Sorry, can't get it back if it's not our bank card" Now I've lost access to EVERY DIME of my money, cannot buy food, put gas in my car, anything until a new card comes which will be whenever... Definitely not the bank staffs fault but I can honestly say I have NEVER had another banks ATM do something like this Regions of Bonifay is a first, at the worst time possible....DONT TSKE THE CHANCE

Tried to change my account to a differnt business account to avoid fees. Did everything they told me to do. They said i wouldnt get any fees as long as i keep an average of $2500. Still got charged a fee except the fee wasnt $7 anymore. It was $12. They set me up on an account the required $5000 average. Insteed of fixing the mistake when i went in they basically said it was my fault so i closed my account. Thought Iwould let everyone know how this bank works with people that have been customers for 4 years.
