  What a poor bank. App sucks. Support not supportive. Great hospitality if you can get a human on the phone. On hold for hours! Support this local bank if you believe in that sacrifice to support local business in exchange for less quality, technoligy, and over all ability to perform the service you're needing from them.

  6 months ago bank changed my account type, with zero notice to me. Then, secretly charged me $18/mo for 6 mo. Prior 6 years I had no fees under my old account. Bank acknowledged their error and refunded me the most recent 3 of the 6 months of fees. Explanation for not returning the other 3 months, even though it was their error? "Our system won't allow it". Use Chase Bank. These people are terrible. I am closing my account. Way too shady. Don't trust them with your money.
