  Brittany, at this branch, loves to push her feminist agenda while at work. Customer service is non existent, and the slight attempt of it is filled with “I am woman who me meow”, lol. She loves to pretend to be in control by making hardworking folks wait around for calls that she is NEVER going to make. I truly feel sorry for someone who thinks power comes by being sharp tongued and unhelpful. It must be a sad existence. Do not come to this bank if you are looking for customer service. If you are looking for your daily dose of leftist agenda pushing, this is the place! I think I’ll give Truist a try. Anything but regions

  Most unaccommodating bank on the planet, fees are going up, reliability going down. They misplaced a $1000 deposit, and I can’t even get a human on the phone. Have to take off work just to go talk to someone. Online and the app are horrible too. They also charged the monthly fee immediately after I requested to close my accounts, and brought them to a zero balance as requested. Since it was a zero balance, they charged overdraft fees as well. They won’t refund the fees, even though I requested the accounts to be closed several days before the fees were charged! That’s just unethical business.
