      Been banking with them for 20 plus years and they continue to make life difficult for the smallest of requests. Banking nowadays is absolutely horrible with no respect for how long I’ve been a faithful regions customer. They’ve lost my business accounts because of this

      Just went in to open a account , 3 guys in there, waited 10 minutes an left. They knew I was there to open but they didn’t care! Terrible customer service ! That’s the reason probably the place is ways empty.
