Customer service at the branch is useless & so is customer service for online banking. I've been a customer for 20+ years but now am looking for a new bank.

Worst bank ever. Do not do business with them. They are closing all of their branches. They are not helpful. Their app is not up to date. Their staff is rude and thinks it is appropriate to comment on life choices instead of helping you financially.

I am new to this bank and I didn't choose it my job did. But so far regions has been good but can be better. The only thing I don't like about this bank is that their online banking does not work, it won't let me log in to check my account.
