  Updated review: Branch was open and available...meet with Juan who was great and helped with everything. Hoping my prior experienc a fluke. Saturday: I just opened a account so can't speak to experience outside driving to branch to fund new account and they are closed. It is within hours of operation listed on door. No sign posted. WT

  I recommend this bank to people to others quite often. The staff is very nice and the new Technology that is used at this location is pretty cool. the option of having a virtual teller available after hours and on the weekends is nice The only reason it’s not a 5/5 instead of 4 of 5 is because I have experienced a few glitches or enjoying issues in the last 18 months that I have bank at this location such as waiting for up to 5 days for the bank to credit my accounts with an electronic deposits that I know for a fact was available to them. They have ridiculously low monthly/daily limits on the amount of money that can be transferred using Zelle even though Competing banks have much higher limits and in a much shorter time frame. This left me with few options other options forcing me to use wire transfer that they charged large fee on both ends of the transaction. I have transferred electronic deposits that should have been credited to my account almost immediately yet for some reason was not credited to my account for 5 business days and I could not ever get an answer from the bank even though I asked many times for a explanation on why this happened. I also had an issue where I needed to deposit some cash into my account while out of town so I called the Regions branch to inquire if there was any way I could make that deposit on the road. They reminded me that they were not a National branded bank and they couldn’t think of any way to assist me. That is one draw back of not banking with a national branded bank. But probably the most enjoying issue I had with this bank was when I got physically locked in the lobby of the bank when I using the ATM on thanksgiving day. Apparently the bank experienced a very short power disruption and the doors electronically locked and would not open so I got to spend a bunch of Thanksgiving trying to get someone on the Phone in Regions bank HQ trying to get someone to reset the system. So needless to say I just can’t give them a 5 out of 5. Still a great bank!
