  Told us to wait in our car until someone could see us inside. Twenty minutes later, when someone else went to the door, the same lady told him the lobby was closed. We had to yell and ask her if we were going to be seen. She said no, the lobby is closed. It was 3:35 p.m. on a Friday. Lobby isn't supposed to close until 5 p.m. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. We're now planning to close the account we've had for over 10 years and take our business elsewhere.

  I've been banking with Regions for several years and this location is less than two miles from my home. However, I will drive 20 minutes just to avoid using this branch. The staff here is incredibly rude and give zero cares about customer service. Including the branch manager. I almost closed all my accounts with this bank due to this one branch.
