  Jordan was our loan officer when we bought our first home five years ago. We were very nerves as the 1st time buyer. Jordan walked through every steps with us along the loan process. He is extremely knowledgeable in mortgage business. We did refinance with him two year later. Recently, we closed loan with him for our investment property purchase. We'll definitely come back to him for any future loan applications. Highly recommend him.

  I was referred by my co-worker to this broker for my mortgage loan. I was surprised that the rate I got is lower than I was offered from big banks even though I have a deposit account with the bank. Their service is super in that they constantly updated my loan status and could be reached even during late evening hours. This is important since I work in NYC and come home late everyday. Many thanks to my loan officer and his assistant!

  My co-worker has used Jordan Zhou for her home mortgage and she referred him to me. To my surprise, Jordan's rate and fees are lowered than those offered by my local bank. He is a very honest and professional person. we literally closed our mortgage within 4 weeks which allowed us to move into our new house quickly. I was very impressed by great service.
