  Been banking with Republic Bank for at least 15 years and have never had any issues. Staff is always friendly.

  Good service. I hated the automated thing at first but once I learned it I could see the great benefits, especially during Covid. My wife and I have banked here for many years.

  My mother brought me here, because they were running a promotion that if you open a checking account, then you and the person that referred you, both get 100.00. So we go back into an office where a blonde was sitting at her desk... Only we could not see her because she has two computer monitors right in front of her desk... So me and my mom is sitting there and the woman is asking me my name, my address, my social (she ran a credit report) and we can't even see the woman... After all that is done, she says we won't get the 100.00 because I had opened an account with them on 1/1/2010....and closed it on 11/2009...which doesn't make any sense.... Especially what bank is open on New Years Day and I closed the account before I opened it??? Anyways, never got a call or to reserch this and not the 100.00 either.... Just left with an inquiry on my credit report and an hour of wasted time.. My son who banks at Republic, asked why we didn't go to the one on Hurstbourne lane... He really likes his branch... Fern Creek.... Not so welcoming As of 8/25, the issues I had were resolved, thanks to Lindsay Ratterman. 😊
