  I stepped in this location to get some assistance, and find out a little bit more about the company. It took little longer then expected to get some help when the Representative was ready i had his full attention. Connor was very very helpful he was very knowledgeable about of all the finance products ( which they carry many)that they had to offer and even gave me great advice on the best options for me , because of my unique situation. He was very detailed and honest which a lot of fiance companies lack. Besides how can you keep a good business relationship if both parties are not honest. These reviews are exactly what they are reviews based off an individual's experience and collectively to rate a company. My experience was great.

  The representatives/staff they have working at this location in Roswell, GA are EXTREMELY unprofessional. The way I have been spoken to by them was rude and disrespectful. When I had certain situations come up and wasn’t able to make consistent payments, they would harass me on the phone constantly and even threaten me. I finally was able to make a full payment this week. The last bill I received was a little over $2000, but when I called the representative, Nia from the Roswell, GA location, she said it went up to over $3000. I also called an automatic payment service number and it said my balance was over $2000. I find this balance difference strange. Another issue I had was that Nia (Republic Finance representative) insisted I give her the routing and checking number for payment. I REPEATEDLY explained to her that I WOULD NOT be doing that and that instead I will be mailing a check to their location to pay the full amount (which I already did). It got to the point where I had to let her know in an assertive tone that I’m doing it my way and that’s final. It was getting paid regardless so there was NO need to demand routing or checking info. Everyone reading this please DO NOT get a loan or do business with Republic Finance, they have been such a headache for me. Their customer service is so unprofessional and how they speak to customers is rude and disrespectful. I recommend doing business with a reputable company. Don’t waste your time or energy.
