      The rent relief program was a complete failure and it is a complete disaster. Rhode Island housing rent relief phone number is just as useless as every other phone number in Rhode Island that set up to help the needy the homeless and those in need in very vulnerable. This program has tons of money in it that has not got spent simply due to the failure of the program it was not friendly for those who needed to apply. It had to be done online which I don't know of many people who live in the woods or live on the streets have internet access or many that don't even have the ability to maneuver through the internet to even begin to apply for the service. This program needs to be looked at from top to bottom somebody needs to be held accountable for the failure of this program. This program was a complete disservice to those in Rhode Island who need it the most and due to this program it probably kept more people homeless than help people get into homes due to how complicated and how long you must wait on hold when you make a simple phone call to this place.
