  We have worked with Ricki on two transactions now and she is the absolute best!!! We have worked with two other loan officers in the past, and never have we had one as knowledgeable, helpful, and have our best interest in mind. She gave us all our options, broke everything down in a way that’s very easy to understand, and was happy to answer any questions we had. She is very responsive and went above and beyond for us when our transaction got thrown a curve ball. We couldn’t be happier with our experiences with Ricki!! She’s the best in the business!! :)

  Ricki is so so good at what she does! I’ve worked with her twice now on purchasing a home, and she makes the process painless. She is clear and concise with her explanations.
