      I used Mr. Kfoury and Guaranteed Rate's services to refinance my house earlier this spring. The process was seamless. From the first day I contacted Robert to the day of my closing it only took 24 days. I had been told it may take anywhere from 45-90 days due to all the new home sales and refinances happened in early 2021. I was pleasantly surprised that it was handled so quick and easily. I especially liked the virtual closing. A very nice service during a time when people weren't able to meet in person.
