      I should've never trusted this bank. Today I wanted to deposit $2,387 into my account. this black lady that was working the drive through today informed me that I had only $2,287.00. which is not true because the bank teller Angela Dunlap on Houston Lake Dr counted $2387.00 on Houston Lake right before I took my money to Robins federal. long story short because I know $2,287.00 was the incorrect amount I Told the teller to give me my money back and it was exactly $2,287.00... Y'all stole 100 from me!!! during the pandemic which is crazy.... I'm closing my account

      I have been in contact with Kim Cox in the consumer lending department. I sent Kim everything she asked for and still have not heard anything back from her. I have been with Robins Financial Credit Union since I was 16. I know Its the holidays but my last email I sent was on December 8th and sent over everything she asked for. I have not heard anything back. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Thanks for the pitiful customer service.
