Borrowers beware! Please look at your paperwork when you go to closing. Perhaps pick your own closing attorney. Guild has a waiver of rights clause....you will be signing paper to waive your 5th and 14th amendment rights. In order for them to be able to avoid your due process rights under federal and state laws.

The only reason I give 2 stars it because I was able to obtain my property. I would never do business with them again nor would I ever recommend them. The entire process was a headache from start to finish. They request ridiculous amounts of verifications and background paperwork, more than the average bank. Was very annoying being told that's all and then they turn around and ask for more again and again. And good luck getting someone to answer your call after they get you on as a customer. I only used them because of a recommendation and I was under the impression that not many lenders financed manufactured home and due to short time to close. Had to hunt them down to find out how to make mortgage payments because it isn't online, checks only. Hopefully the next person has a better experience.
