      Rockland is the bomb! He has proven time and time again that he has my clients best interest at heart and is amazing at educating and guiding them through the loan process. He is my preferred lender to work with. Rockland is very straight forward and real, he won't screw you over. He genuinely cares about his clients well-being and understands that time is of the essence when it comes to real estate! I always send my clients to him first because if he can't get them the best deal, he has the integrity to say so and will redirect them to someone who will.

      Ive never written so many bad reviews, and with reason! Flagstar just started servicing my loan and it was never disclosed to me that they charge $15 monthly just to make a payment. Completely archaic! they have 'free options', but a $15 fee to pay your mortgage is obscene in this day and age.
