The best customer service I have ever experienced. If I’m going to be completely honest, the assistant managers are far more customer savvy and committed to satisfying members more so than the actual manager. I say this because the branch manager should be your last resort but in this particular branch and from my experience along with engaging with other members we are on the same page with regard to the magnificent customer service that come from the two assistant managers. In any event I have to say due to the great customer service given by the two assistance, if they had a bumper stickers saying I love my bank, I would drive around with it on my car...... for sure!!

The branch manager is rude and very unprofessional, made me wait at least 20 minutes to see someone for customer service. While she was locked away in her office doing a crossword puzzle. Is that what they pay her for?

I love this bank it was my first bank I ever got an account with and I don't regret it in any shape or form. It wasn't from this particular Bank was actually the one in Revere but regardless I've been to this one many times and the service is very good. And it's convenient cuz it's pretty much right down the road from where I live. The tellers don't seem miserable they seem decently happy and are willing to help you if you need clarification on pretty much anything. I would definitely choose this Bank especially over a corporate entity like Bank of America. Highly recommended.
