      Had a great experience with Eli, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came to this brach to open a new account for a family member, she welcomed us with a friendly smile and positive attitude. We did not have an appointment and she went out of her way to take care of us. I have been a BoA customer for over 10 years and always had bad experiences at various branches, I will definitely come back to this branch and request Eli to help me every time with my banking needs. Thanks Eli! Keep up the good work!

      Not a very friendly place. 1 teller. Big line got an attitude. For not making out a deposit slip . I have to wait 7 days for a Massachusetts check to clear. Not happy about that.

      Very slow! Allow people to cash 10 checks per transaction. Should limit to two! Waited 1 hour in line to cash a check!
