      I had previously had very positive experiences with this bank. But recently, moving back to MA after four years in Georgia, trying to change my address has been absolutely ridiculous. I went to this bank, asked to change my address, and they just never did it. Went to another branch two weeks later, same deal. Changed it on my computer over the weekend, went into this branch, continued to be treated like I was trying to do something sketchy using my bank statement as proof of address, told I had to wait for statement to come in mail for next month. THAT'S NOT TRUE; called customer service, they are emailing me a statement with my new address on it tomorrow. Don't lie about your bank's policy on something if you just don't know how to do it or are too lazy.
