      I highly recommend Roger Medlock and the Benchmark team. He made a complicated refi simple, at least on my end. I’m not sure how they worked through all the issues but it was seamless for me. He kept me informed of every change and step while his team did their magic. I had delayed a refi because I didn’t want the hassle. Roger eliminated the hassle and I wish I had used him earlier as the monthly saving are substantial.
