      This is my second visit with Courtney Becker. She assisted me with a VISA transaction during my first visit and today she assisted me with my checking account. I'd like to not only thank her for her time and expertise but also for being so easy to talk to and to understand. Courtney is very personable and excellent at her job. I have no complaints, nothing but praise. I recommend her highly if you have problems with your account.

      Wow I have a loan with RCU locally right for now a year and half or so never been behind till now . I talk to them personally biweekly or so. They have zero appreciation for my payment history and are ready to jump and do what they need to get my vehicle. I can't believe their treatment to a loyal customer I'm 40 I probably had an account with them 30 years or so 1 thing I have always done is work to support myself and my kids I'm doing what I need to get more income and they will get their money but I'm telling you I'm switching all accounts to a different bank for checking and future accounts RCU locally shame on you I thought by now we had built something. I gave a review a while back and that review was negative also and you wanted to win back my trust so you offered to take over th he loan and lower my interest rates. Well I hope others read this fare WARNING

      I would give them less if possible. My daughter's car loan that I'm co-signed on has been horribly taken care of. For an extended period their accounting personnel were applying my daughter's payments to another person's car loan. They even sent an agency to try to repossess her car twice, based on their accounting mistakes. They even charged her the fee for the repossession fee! This is NOT what I would call even "Acceptable" customer service. I would strongly discourage anyone needing financial assistance to go to Royal Credit Union. Accounting practices and lack of effective communication at Royal Credit Union are beyond unacceptable.
