      I called Codie at Ruoff and it was amazing how fast and seamless everything went. There was a lot of paperwork that other lenders required that I had spoken to as well as increased fees. This was not a factor with Ruoff. And when the day came to close, it was so good that he came and I was Finally able to meet him in person. Without a doubt, he knows his job and works for you to get the pre-approval quickly so you can make an offer, — and will even return your call or text if he is at lunch! Definitely the best! And this is the 5th house I have bought!
