      Ryan is a miracle worker and was able to make things happen with my self employment application. He gave me the confidence that there wouldn't be any issues and there wasn't. Ryan is the BEST!!!

      We got our mortgage through Ryan in 2019 and would never go there again. They guaranteed that things would happen by a certain date and then they didn't process it for 3 days after. Because of that, we had to wait an additional 3 days to move in to our new house. We couldn't stay in the place we were moving from any longer and we already had our moving van packed up, so we were homeless for 3 days. We were told they would "make it up" to us and they never did anything. No communication except the stock emails and weird calendars they send monthly. There were also some things included in the mortgage paperwork that had not been explained to us initially and that was frustrating, but that was nothing compared to being homeless for 3 days. I do not recommend this office and will actively tell everyone not to come here.

      Ryan and his team facilitated our refinance so quickly and smoothly. They had a checklist that made both sides efficient in what was needed to move this refinance get done. It so quick that hardly a month passed and our loan was closed and we were on to the things we wanted to progress towards. Thanks again to TeamHarding. Well done.
