  I contacted Security Home Mortgage because a friend recommended me to do it. Best decision ever, believe me. They offered me an initial meeting to discuss my needs, the house that I was looking for, etc. I am very glad that every time when I contacted them with more and more questions (this is the very first time buying a house in US) they were there to help me out and I am not only talking about a single executive, I am talking a complete and competent team to assist me. Moreover, they went through the whole process in Spanish (my mother language) and every time they explained me the details when they come in English without any complain. They also worked in my case very diligently, in a proactive way and they were there whenever I needed it. Buying a house is stressful, hard and you start to feel anxiety since the beginning of the process. But moreover, even when you check all the papers very meticulously, at some point you probably will sign some documents where you are not 100% sure that what are you signing but they are there and, you can close your eyes and feeling confident that they will help you out. Now, we closed our deal and we can enjoy our new home. Our dreams have come true thanks to them.

  This is now the third time that i have used Jon Chamberlain and Security Home mortgage and i really cannot say enough good things about the whole company. i have gotten to know quite a few of the people that work there and i really have to say that it pays to work with the right people. Not only do they know what they are doing but they really take the time to make sure that you understand and are comfortable with the entire process. all of these guys really do have the heart of a teacher and they want to make sure that the process goes as smoothly as possible. HUGE thank you to Jon and Matt i really appreciate everything that you guys have done for me! cheers - Matt

  Debbie is wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions, provided educational material and kept us in the loop during the entire buying process. Her team was very responsive as well. We are looking foward to our much bigger house!
