This bank is so conveniently located. It looks very nice and Professional. One could go inside but there is also a walk up atm machine. And a srice through. This appears to be a great addition to our community. Be smart and support your own community.

This company has no loyalty to its customers. After 27 years and multiple accounts they will make you feel like a number. If you are looking for a place to put your money, pick another bank, maybe even hide it under your mattress!! If you need any help there is little chance of that happening. I have never been treated so poorly. The staff will make you feel like you are attempting to commit fraud when trying to deposit a CASHIERS check from a local credit union. My family and I will look forward to closing all of our accounts there in the near future.

This has got to be the worst bank I've ever been too. Family and friends have told me they've had similar experiences with this bank. My brother closed his account there because he was trying to deposit a check into his account and the woman working the window ask if the check was fake and wouldn't deposit it. What? He went to another bank that day and opened another account and deposited it with no issue. Just today my close friend went to this S&T location and again the same lady working wouldn't deposit his check. This time because his and his recently divorced wife's name is both on the tax return check. Though he had legal documentation she signed saying he had the right to cash the check for she lives a few states away. This woman not only told him no and offered no extra help or options. When he mentioned while speaking to someone at the Penn Hills site saying the would have no issue depositing his check. She comments "Well go there than." So I'm sorry I'm writing this review today because I'm is awe at the terrible customer service at this location and would like to save you money and time.
