  I will always recommend Castle and Cooke when it comes to purchasing a home. Mrs. Cynthia was specifically was great to work with. She always kept myself and my husband informed with our home buying process and made the process less stressful. We have been in our home for almost a year, and we know for a fact that we wouldn’t have gotten to this point without them.

  We did our purchase in Feb 2021. Rodney was very helpful and it was a cake walk to go through the process. Would recommend them and will definitely deal with them on future purchases.

  I had worse experience, Keith Payne did a very poor job helping me during my first house. He and his team are are absolutely worst. They told me the loan was not approved at closing date and that we need to change the loan , I lost earnest money plus the inspection and others all paid by me almost $2000,00 and l had already given the note to my apartment for evacuation, l had to live there monthly and it was almost $1900,00 another 2 months, the loan officer will keep calling you instead of writing official email so there is no evidenced of their poor behavior, and blame you ,just look them up and and you will see how many lawsuits they had in last couple years , as proud soldier all l can say stay a way from this lender and l will never ever recommend them to anyone. It took me 3 weeks with my new lender to close on the new house .. and l hope this helps you to understand.
