  I had this account open for nearly 3 months, had direct deposits coming into it for the life of the account. They randomly decided to return all of my direct deposits back to my employer WITHOUT telling me. I had to be informed from my employer that my money was being returned. A few days later they returned the initial starting deposit, again WITHOUT telling me. My other bank notified me. Days later still no communication from Santander. I go into the branch and they are no help at all. I show them online my transactions but they won't accept that, they need a piece of paper which is probably less safe and reliable. No help, no empathy, no resolving of the issue.

  The team at Santander's Stirling, NJ branch was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful to our family. My late father had several accounts here the team helped us set up accounts for my father's estate and trust and see it through to completion over several years. I would definitely recommend thier services.
