      Santander is horrible. Despite paying a loan each month by electronic payment santander keeps sending statements reflecting late payments and accruing late fees. Customer service is completely useless and just says my screen shows late payments being assessed. Garbage bank

      Never received my debit card. Was told I'd get it in 7-10 business days, it's been over a month. I opened a business account last week with Manasquan bank and already got my card with them. Also, I did most of the account set up over the phone, and still had to wait over an hour in their office when they told me it would only be 5 minutes.

      I opened an account some time in March... Now its June 30th, I still have yet to receive my debit card. I called the branch, used the website, and visited physically multiple times until now, and what I was told to visit ONE more time to verify my information to get the debit card sent in the mail. Basically I quit, and next time I visit this branch will be to close the account. I wouldn't wish Santander bank account to my worst enemy and I have 3 other checking accounts to compare this garbage service to.
