I was happy with the branch but when I refi'd my mortgage to Santandar it has been the WORST experience ever. I understand that the loan biz is booming but the customer service, the online banking app and overall experience has made me want to close all my accounts and go to another bank. I will never do business with Santandar again.

Very disappointed of service provided by manager. I didn’t find him professional at all. I been a customer for 12 plus years in this bank & this is first time I am writing a review. He wasn’t ready to give refunds which Santander bank employee made errors for . I was about to close all my account but Santander bank in Leominister fix issue & apologize for their mistake.
