      Went in looking for my best option for a loan and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

      The customer service on the phone is very bad. The Manager(Monica Joshi) is very disrespectful and do not have manners to talk to customers. I bank with Santander in a different location, they greet with polite and very kind. Shrewbury location Manager (Monica) is not qualified/fit to be a Manager at Santander.
