      Tried to open a checking account, I already have another account with them. I just moved to Connecticut so my address wasn’t updated on my license. Not the lady who was trying to help me but her manager or coworker or something was INCREDIBLY rude and snippy towards me, acting as though I was trying to commit a crime or something just because my address wasn’t updated. She looked at me like I was stupid for even trying. I don’t know if she was discriminating against me because of my age, how I was dressed, because it was late in the day, I don’t know. But it was absolutely unacceptable. On top of this I was literally able to open an account by myself online so I don’t understand what the issue was. I will never be going to this branch again because of how they treated me and I recommend you don’t go either if you have any respect for yourself.
